Prepared DD Form 1391 and BLCC reports. Provided assistance with the input of data and information (primarily related to ECOs) such as, AFERS, ACES-PM, Builder SMS, and eMatrix. Used e4clicks (RSMeans) to prepare cost estimates. Assisted the base energy manager and AFCEC by supporting data collection and input into databases and/or web-based systems that track energy and water consumption for each covered facility against an established baseline.
