    After the acquisition of Brandfirst by Deloitte Consulting, I managed proposals and RFPs of the newly-independent unit, focusing primarily on the Public Sector. I specialized in dealing with the European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament and European Council) and led multidisciplinary teams of 2-10 consultants and specialists to conceive proposals. Over the second year, I received extensive training in AGILE management and ran a modular squad of 5 FTEs on a long-haul project at the European Commission aiming at updating the institutions’ digital tools.Within the scope of my role, I closely collaborated on transversal projects with multiple Directorate Generals of the European Commission such as DIGIT, DG COMP, DG COMM, OIB, SECGEN, DGT, DG HR and DG BUDG.
