Through career journey have picked up expertise in all aspects of the employment experience: operations, service delivery, strategy and technology. Equipped to lead from time driving initiatives, processes, projects, programs and systems. Along with recruitment knowledge, have spent time in people operations and human (HR) departments solving problems and bridging the gap from concept to execution. My goal is to continuously improve performance via coaching to reach operational excellence and efficient experiences across the full talent lifecycle.I also leverage my marketing and communication expertise to be a relatable storyteller, create compelling employer branding content and motivate audiences to action. Ultimately talent identification is at the root of everything I do as I balance data-driven theory and real-world practice to drive results. I build talent strategies that are flexible and am able to pivot to meet any need while incorporating change management and transformation principles.My experience has ranged from non-profit to global Fortune 100 organizations in multiple industries in the corporate in-house, third party staffing (MSP and RPO) and consulting capacity. I have executed hiring strategy on-site and remote/virtual along with worked with offshore teams.
