Atlantic Wind Transfers is currently providing a long-term Operations & Maintenance contract to Orsted for crew Transfer vessel (CTV) services for the Block Island Wind Farm. The Atlantic Pioneer (CTV) was the 1st purpose-built U.S. Coast Guard Approved, Jones-Act Compliant and Right Whale Compliant crew transfer vessel placed into service in April 2016.We recently aunched our 2nd crew transfer vessel supporting the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Farm (CVOW) for Dominion Energy.Atlantic Wind Transfers is leading the way in the United States in providing safe, reliable offshore wind Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) for construction and O&M. Our purpose-built Jones Act Compliant CTVs have a proven track record for their design, safety enhancements, cargo capacities, passenger amenities and reliability. Our home port based in Quonset Point, Rhode Island and offers over 1,000 feet of dock space within a protected Harbor and is the closest point of departure to support proposed future offshore wind farm projects off the south coast of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. Our company's experience is unmatched in operating in these offshore waters while providing over 13,000 passenger trips between the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Block Island. Rhode Island Fast Ferry was initially launched to provide the first fast ferry service to the island of Martha's Vineyard in 2003. Mr. Donadio has continued to grow the company in 2008 adding Rhode Island Bay Cruises which provides narrated Lighthouse Cruises of Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor. In last 10-years the company has provided many vessel charters to existing ferry companies and Government entities needing additional capacity with our fleet of ferries. We specialize in the operation of high-speed aluminum catamarans in the United States and have operated our vessels in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Bermuda and the islands of Block Island and Martha's Vineyard. Our vessels are currently operating in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, San Francisco California and Puerto Rico. We currently have three fast ferries in our fleet - Millennium (420 pax), Ava Pearl (150 pax), Julia Leigh (320 pax).

Narragansett Bay Lighthouse Cruises and Newport Harbor Tours

Mr. Donadio purchased the flat-bottom Southland Riverboat in 1995, after a year of major restoration the Riverboat was relaunched in June 2006 offering narrated Sightseeing Cruises, Sunset Cruises, Fall Foliage Cruises and Private Parties from the Port of Galilee in Narragansett. The Riverboat went on to become one of the biggest sightseeing attractions in South County, Rhode Island while winning several awards from tourism affiliations and travel organizations. He sold the company in 2007 to concentrate on growing the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry service.

Mr. Donadio founded Island Hi-Speed Ferry which operated the first high-speed ferry to the island of Block Island from from Point Judith, Rhode Island. This new fast ferry "Athena" was custom built to carry 250 passengers and traveled at speeds of 30 knots which cut the travel time to the island in half. The catamaran ferry offered first-class amenities and advance reservations. Mr. Donadio sold his ownership interest in 2003 to start up Rhode Island Fast Ferry operating new fast ferry service to the island of Martha's Vineyard.
