Charles' research areas of interest include: Use of early education events in nurse eHR training, eHR usability and ease of use, and Inclusion of Nursing Subject Matter Experts in design and development discussions to improve eHR adoption success. Charles’ past experiences and interest in usability has also led him to pursue a Masters of User Experience Design.
