The app-based service delivers freshly-laundered organic cotton diapers and collects soiled diapers weekly. The custom app eliminates person-to-person contact, simplifies scheduling and accepts payments wirelessly.

My job is to implement the processes and people that allow us to scale, and grow while still maintaining attention to customer service and profitability.

What do you do when you’re studying public policy at UNC and the national headquarters for a presidential campaign is just five minutes away? You dive in, of course! Any presidential campaign is an incredible crash course in organizational hypergrowth. In just a few months, the team expanded from 15 people to over 200, stretched into swing states across the country, raised more than $500M, and worked tirelessly to sell a vision to the nation. It's hard to pick a winner of a startup that guarantees the same whirlwind experience— a national campaign delivers that unique intensity every four years. Even more valuable was the chance to work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the country—people who would go on to become White House Press Secretaries, Mayors, and Chiefs of Staff. Seeing how “Jedis” operate in real life is priceless It’s a perspective that’s stuck with me ever since—especially when thinking about hiring.
