As the chief architect of the Black Label program at FlowTrack I had hoped it would propel the business forward to capture market share from our competitors. The program was a huge success from a revenue perspective for FlowTrack, however not so much for the subscribers who purchased it. I can not in good conscious recommend anyone to do business with FlowTrack. The software direction is genius, but the execution and management is poor and will leave you stranded between hope and desperation. I would suggest that you research the founder very thoroughly before purchasing. Google Credit Bureau Center LLC which is a business that he started before FlowTrack.I am proud of the revolutionary product I created for the company and my role in helping our customers grow, but deeply saddened by the lack of follow through to honor the investments made by our promises.
