Leading a team of lawyers assisting a global investment bank in implementing its program to meet the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements including the drafting, negotiation and execution of agreements with its outsourcing vendors. Had to agree amendments for all outsourcing service providers by the end of 2021 – over 100 contracts – a very challenging exercise but delivered on time.

Managed legal advice and strategy for commercial contracts including multi-million pound out-sourcing agreements for IT and BPO services in the Public Sector and for blue-chip corporate clients. Contracts covered service delivery, financial dynamics, transformation and change, technology, IPRs, employment and pension issues. Promoted 'Best Practice' in contract formation, take up and ongoing management. Known for efficient problem solving and proactive stakeholder management. A key player in the legal complexities of India off-shoring including TUPE, data protection and security.Sopra Steria at the time had 6,000 UK employees, turnover £650m and was one of the top 5 European Digital services companies with 46,000 employees worldwide - global turnover €4.4 billion and a European leader in consulting, digital and transformation services and software development.

Key advisory role on business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial agreements for this leading chemicals manufacturer, many with international scope in Europe, USA, Far East and Middle East. Implemented an international review programme 'Keeping Courtaulds Safe' in the Asia-Pacific region. (Originally joined the company as Courtaulds which was then acquired by Dutch owned Akzo Nobel in 1998)
