System Administrator for web based Integrated Learning Management System (LMS), while continuing to support sales by creating customized training and coordinating the delivery of all private training events with clients,

Hired, trained and managed a training staff of 30 full time instructors and IT consultants, who delivered over 25 Training / consulting events a day while also providing pre and post sales support to 35 Account Executive and over 5,000 clients

Instructed and developed classes on various software applications, network operating systems and hardware, as well as building customized databases, spreadsheets and word templates for clients to use after training.

Managed account base of over 300 clients, comprised mostly of Large Fortune 500Companies, maintained monthly sales average of 20% over monthly forecast. Also trained clients to administer software site license deals with vendors, including Microsoft,Novell and Lotus. Training included running quarterly reports on software license usage,explanation of license details to not only decision makers but also entire staff, as well asupdate and upgrade management of all software

Worked closely with Software Vendors to provide 3rd Party Training Manuals, Instructional Guides and Quick Reference Guides in support of Enterprise Wide Software License Programs.

Worked with Fortune 1000 Enterprise clients on Software and Hardware purchases, including Large Hardware OEM Deals and Software Site Licenses.
