As an intern, I worked with the broker of the Athens office of National Land Realty to create Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) for 50+ acre land parcels across rural Georgia using current market trends, comparable sales, and geographic information systems (GIS). In addition, I participated in the marketing and sale of North Carolina lakefront and mountain property. Finally, I was tasked with creating Excel spreadsheets to track broker commissions as well as intern performance for the Athens office.
