In the early years of the 15th century, there was a school for navigators in Sagres, Portugal. The school’s purpose was to equip people to explore uncharted sea routes. Sagres means “sacred” or “consecrated “in Portuguese. In much the same way, we are dedicated to “exploring the uncharted possibilities” in organizations to help people change how they think, change their conversations, find their own voices, and create community.
