Managed and delivered network consulting services for the IBM ITS Centralized Network Services Delivery Practice. Responsible for the delivery of consulting services to clients that require networks that are capable of providing secure, ultra-converged network services (voice, data, and all forms of video services over wired, wireless, fiber and cellular networks), utilizing the IBM Global Services Methodology.

Managed and delivered network consulting services in partnership with IBM Global Business Services (GBS). Teamed with GBS consultants to provide network assessment and infrastructure consulting services for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), as part of IBM's United Negro College Fund (UNCF) grant program. Was responsible for marketing and delivering services for IGS's Enhanced Campus Communication Solution (ECCS). Was the lead consultant responsible for developing ECCS marketing materials and proposals for numerous airport and university accounts in Area 7. Provided consulting services for clients in the area of organization change, support services, total systems management, and business process improvement. Was responsible for achieving signing, revenue, profit objectives as well as personal utilization.Total Solution Architect (TSA) and TSA Team Leader: Overall responsibilities included: Leading a team of architects and service specialists across Area 7 (Southern Area) to respond to $217M of network-based RFPs. This team provided proposal responses to support the practice in achieving its 2003 business objectives. This involved building relationships with IBM client executives, client representatives, account principals, and specialists to respond to these various opportunities, as well as leading a TSA team that operated in a similar role. This required teaming with various ITS competencies, including IBMGBS and IBM SO, to achieve cross-divisional results. Was responsible for achieving signing, revenue, profit objectives, team utilization, as well as personal utilization.

Managed a team of service specialists, architects, and consultants across the nine-sate service area to achieve year-to-year billable utilization and revenue growth in services, supporting multiple accounts in various industry sectors. Worked with multiple teams of delivery practitioners, sales specialists, and business partners to respond to $178 million of network-based RFPs, and provided proposal responses to support the services practice in achieving; objectives. This involved building relationships with IBM client unit executives, account principals, solution specialists, as well as with CIO and director-level executives on various accounts. Was the lead competency principal responsible for developing E-rate proposals for numerous K-12 accounts across the service area. Closely teamed with other services practices, including IBM GBS and IBM SO, to achieve cross-divisional results.
