Selected by my fellow volunteer commissioners, the roll of the Planning Commission is to review al development, annexation and growth opportunities for the town. Emphasis was on reviewing staff reports, facilitating public feedback, providing quasi-judicial review and recommendations to approve or deny applications to Town Council. Additionally contributed to Town Master Plan, Town Design Documentation, updated municipal code and commission by-laws.

The commission is advisory in nature and makes recommendations to Town Council relative to activities that affect customers. Senior advisor providing IT leadership for Commercial technology enhancements specifically related to National Account Setup, Renewals and Client requests. Manage large-scale enterprise implementation projects, systems conversions and performance-tuning and monitoring of applications/systems. Helped organization set long-range technical direction and capacity plans based on historical trends and forecasting models. National Accounts are the largest-sized member groups based on population and revenue generated.Key Results:* Reduced late IT changes from approx. 85% in 2007 to 0.1% as of 1/1/2011. Reduced average adjudication hold times from three months to two weeks.
