As a Service Specialist, I help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support — developing strong, positive relationships with Apple. When a customer needs assistance, I quickly assess their situation. Sometimes I take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot, using my knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. At other times, I refer customers to support team members who get them up and running again. You even provide personal training for new customers, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started on photo, video, and music projects.

Ive dealt with tax exemptions, government employees, split billing, and even comp. rooms.Night Audit - the night audit shift is from 12am to 6 am and between these times you are the only eyes and ears of the hotel, you are the one to make decisions. Also during this time I deal a lot with posting masters, making sure the hotel has had all the income it was supposed to get the day before and then roll the business day.Opera Proficiency - at the Kellogg Hotel we use Opera for our hotel operations. Everything from billing to status of the guest rooms is run through Opera.

Responsibilities included calling alumni and friends of Michigan State University, building rapport with them and then trying to get them to donate money to the university.

While working at Hollister I had to participate with my other colleagues in loss prevention. I also helped the managers count the money at the end of the night as well as deciding what employees should be stationed where in the store.
