Chuck Garrity spent 25 years in leadership positions for healthcare organizations and management consulting firms before becoming an entrepreneur.  In 2017, he realized his dream of founding Death of the Fox Brewing Company, New Jersey's first and only craft brewery and coffee roastery.  Death of the Fox is located in Clarksboro, East Greenwich Township.  In 2023, he opened a 2nd location, High Grounds Coffee Roasters, located in the center of Rowan University at the Glassboro downtown business district, which has been embraced by the community and students alike! Chuck is also very invested in service to the South Jersey business community.  He currently is Chair of the Board of Directors for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, sits on the state leadership council for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), sits on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee at Rowan College of South Jersey, and is former Board Chair of the Two Bridges Wine, Beer, and Spirits Trail, which promotes investment and growth of beverage tourism in the southern region of the state of New Jersey.
