I am the owner and licensed clinician for Cardinal Collective. Cardinal Collective is birthed from the idea that growth and healing is possible especially when you have a community to support you. Everyone deserves a listening ear and insightful voice to be a part of their community. As a licensed professional counselor, I provide individual therapy and group therapy to help my clients navigate life. I also facilitate workshops surrounding mental health and wellness for businesses, organizations, and other groups. I have spent many years giving back to communities of color in various ways. My interests are specially geared towards those who are Queer, Black, Latinx, or come from refugee backgrounds.
