Account ManagerItt Commercial Finance 1994 - 1995I was the lead associate managing an inventory finance program for Mohawk Industries. The number of dealers I had to support was many times larger than my counterparts at ITT. This created a higher volume of collections work than the system at ITT was structured to practically support for the size of my team. I built a collections system to effectively manage the day to day relationships with the dealers without adding additional staff maintaining minimal risk and keeping the portfolio very profitable.

Sr. Credit AnalystItt Commercial Finance 1990 - 1994As a credit analyst I performed credit reviews on dealers ranging from $25,000 to $25,000,000. In the credit review process I made sure all documentation was in order, detailed financial analysis was completed, and the dealer met all underwriting standards to provide a credit line for inventory financing. During this time I built an award winning automated credit reference system. The system would pull dealer information from the mainframe system, and combine that with information collected from credit reference requests, UCC notifications, and inter-creditor agreements from other lenders. Then the system would automate sending reference requests for future credit reviews as well as provide the management team with detailed information on other lenders activity with our key dealers.
