Responsible for the overall strategic management, retention, growth and client satisfaction for twenty eight PBMS accounts in the Western Region; including customer relationship development, contract management, financial management and providing leadership and direction for two Area Managers, one Enterprise Manager and seventeen Customer Operations Managers. • Accountable for large geography covering Arizona, Colorado and Southern California includes: Four top 100 accounts, one enterprise account with 32 locations and one national account with 35 locations• Annual Revenue Accountability of $14.5 Million• 263 total staffing responsibility (20 Exempt and 243 non-exempt)• Services provided to customer include: Mail services, production mail services, reprographics and digital print services, records and digital document management services, courier services, shipping and receiving services, pre-sort services, facsimile services and secure destruction services.

Managed and supported legal, commercial and government accounts in Arizona and Colorado as part of the Western Region. Supported only commercial and government accounts as of 2005 with inception of legal vertical market (PBLS) beginning 2005. Responsible for overall management, financial obtainment, account retention, account growth, and client satisfaction. Provide daily support, motivation and development to Area Operations Managers and Customer Operation Managers. • Territories managed included Arizona and Colorado • Involvement with several National accounts• Responsible for Annual Revenue of $8.3 Million• 2009 Partnered with Sales team to win and install over $2.7 Million in new commercial business • Developed part-timer initiative program• Successfully built PBMS management team through mentoring, support and development to meet both Client and PBMS objectives
