Managed a large team on the Entergy and PPL accounts responsible for IT deployment of large projects to include, Data Center, Fiber & Transport, Security, Desktop, Voice, Video Conferencing and Physical Security. Manage a large team responsible for IT deployment of large programs to include Automated Metering, Grid Modernization and IT Infrastructure for new facilities and power plants. Managed a portfolio of 70 in flight projects totaling $30 Million in IT spend. Oversaw the IT transition of a nuclear power plant to Exelon after they purchased the plant from Entergy.Served as the Chief of Staff for the Director of IT Infrastructure at Entergy. Major efforts included oversight of Infrastructure team, upgrading 18,000 Windows PC's and provided direction for an effort to improve the PMO by implementing an Agile approach to certain project types. Currently overseeing a major server refresh program to include Containerization utilizing Docker and building out a Nutanix environment to replace the current VMware infrastructure.
