I have trained new analysts to the Internal QC team. Created department policies & procedures/training manuals for new QC analysts. Completed trainings for DFW appraiser panel & out of state appraisers for improved execution. I lead the process of training analyst & operations employees on the QC Field process. Quality Rating Project 2010 with a team of Valuation Analysts. I currently manage the 2012-13 New Vendor Search & Review-On Boarding Project.Daily duties include quality control reviews of REO & short sale cases. I have been responsible for Field reviews of Dallas/Fort Worth appraisal vendors including giving feedback to the local appraisers to improve future performance. Another duty of the department is to have conversations with Fannie Mae appraisers in the field to discuss scorecard results and provide feedback. The team participates in state vendor calls for training. I managed the completion of the Monthly Vendor Conclusions for DFW. I utilize tools such as Alpha, Tableau along with Equator & CMS. I created a proposed training document for the Internal QC team to expand their knowledge of Alpha. I currently complete the DFW Monthly Trend Analysis to aid in pricing guidance for DFW.

Condition Rating Project for business modeling purposes in 2010. 1004 Appraisal Form Project 2010. Quality Rating Project 2009 with a small team of Valuation Analysts. Participated & spoke at the 2008 Vendor Conference appraiser training session.My responsibilities included appraisal & bpo review for business decision making in the REO disposition process. This also involved counseling appraisal vendors to improve the quality of the appraisals received by our department and understanding value trends in my assigned territory. I was also involved in pre-foreclosure review assignments.
