One of the main goals he wanted me to help with was redesigning the free weight rooms. The rooms were out of date. So I did some research and we would make a budget, locate where we can get the materials used, and who would do it. He would also show me the financial side and if we needed to make emergency trips to the hardware store for appliances and materials if needed.
