I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work with reliability professionals and it’s my goal to contribute in some small way by introducing technology to help. Reliability was introduced to me at a pulp and paper mill in the pacific-northwest. We wanted to make a difference by developing technology that puts information in the hands of decision makers and with insight from folks like Mark Bennett and Bob Lawrence, a great team led by Steve Leach and a little luck, a product was born. Getting out in the field to witness the chaotic environment first hand is essential and if I can couple a trip with a little cycling or live music, so much the better. I feel very fortunate to have seen much of the USA and Canada and am looking forward to meeting my customers in Asia-Pacific, Western Europe and Africa.While I’ve been serving industry for many years, I learn something new every day and what more can we ask for than that?
