Responsible for managing and creating strategic growth plans with Field Sales Engineers throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, St. Louis, MO, Indiana, Michigan, NW Ohio & Ontario, Canada.

Territory Manager / Field Sales Engineer in northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. Responsibility consisting of managing distribution partnerships, growing key accounts, and developing new business. During this time a strategic plan was developed to executed to continuously grow sales in this territory.

This was a training program that prepared me to work in the field. It was a 9 month Program. During this time I worked in the R&D testing labs to see how our products work and why they are designed the way they are and I worked as an Application Engineer.

This was a project that my team selected to work on for senior project with Honda Engineering. It consisted of research and development of a solution to help better improve quality control during the assembly stage of manufacturing an automobile. I was team leader on this project to make sure that we kept on track with our time lines and to insure that the final solution was delivered.

I worked for American Showa Research and Development in the power steering group. My duties as part of this group consist of but are not limited to supporting both full time test and design engineers, running tests, creating 3D models and drawings using Catia V5, helping to setup process flows, and many other things in this field as well. As a Product/Customer Specialist my job was to assure a high level of customer satisfaction. I did this through finding out what my customers needs where and fitting the right product and everything else they needed to utilize the product for the application that they were using it for. In doing this I helped my team win some awards and always helped lead my department to stay in the top 10 percent of the Company.
