I am a technology enthusiast and emotional communicator. I make complicated things, simple and memorable. Businesses of today are changing faster than ever, and it is all the more important to apprehend the realities that technology brings with it. I see that my duty is support the human beings working in those businesses: 1) To help them to understand the vulnerabilities and risks that come with the development of new technologies. 2) to help them take active steps to test their technologies, to remediate any issues, and prevent breaches and vulnerabilities from being exploited. Improved testing, helps improve development and helps to create a safer world for our business, colleagues and customers.A little more about me:I originally came through the printing industry, on the shop floor as a printer and bookbinding finishers, but then moved on to start my own printing and publishing company where I branched out into web design and digital marketing. From here I moved into the training sector and found that I've love pushing the limits for virtual training and e-learning, above and beyond simple meetings and presentations; but exciting, interactive and human encounters that make training more exciting, insightful and memorable. This role developed to a place I could support other trainers and coaches with their creative and technical training and communication.My love of tackling new technologies has brought me into the IT/Cyber Security sector, to support the people managing the technologies that make the world go around. I help organisations with pentesting and remediation, to prevent breaches and cyber-crimes and to protect customer information and assets.
