LAUNCH exists to provide equitable access to quality apprenticeship opportunities forall California residents. By strengthening regional partnerships between industry andeducation leaders, LAUNCH’s mission is to ensure residents of California have accessto apprenticeship employment and education through the state’s robust network ofpublic education institutions. LAUNCH promotes and develops an integrated apprenticeship-centeredhigher education model where work-based and competency-based degreepathways are premier options for students pursuing both academic and career success.
