Helped land and retain premier clients, drove Net Promoter Score improvement from 24 to 60+ over five years. Regular speaker on Artificial Intelligence and legal process innovation at legal/IP industry events.Using Outcomes-Driven Innovation (ODI) methods, identified key ummet user needs and product opportunity for an instant, simple, and affordable global trademark search offering.
