Charles Holcombe, MBA, has more than 17 years of experience as an Environmental Planner and Project Manager specializing in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and urban and regional land use planning for both the public and private sectors. He has authored General Plan Updates, Specific Plans, EIRs, Environmental Assessments (EAs), and IS/MNDs for such planning efforts. Mr. Holcombe possesses strong technical understanding of both CEQA and NEPA. He also has a wide range of project experience developing environmental compliance strategies under CEQA and NEPA for industrial facilities, residential and commercial projects, educational and public facilities, and roadway and regional recreation centers. Charles possesses his Master’s in Business Administration (Focus in Finance) from the University of Redlands and has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Redlands. My duties as a Realtor included developing close relationships with my clients. Additional duties included drafting, examining, negotiating, and translating legal contracts to my clients as well as other licensed professionals. My expertise included developing and supervising multiple transactions at any given time, and overseeing in excess of 20 individuals per transaction. I performed an extensive amount of research to evaluate various lands, residential and commercial properties for my clients. A critical aspect of my duties consisted of calculating my client's finances and accounts to determine their net profit or loss.Starting as the youngest independently contracted Realtor in the Lois Lauer office (2006) my accomplishments consisted of achieving the title "Top Agent" in an office of over ninety agents and expanding my services to over 20 of the surrounding cities.
