Taking what I learned at Campus Outreach, I moved into a more senior role, creating and implementing a growth strategy for a 1400-member organization. Sustained, organic growth can only be achieved where there’s a strong core. To this end, I coached leaders and their teams for 3 large groups. At Samford University, I lead ~175 students who are now business and marketplace leaders around the world.
