-Acted as the senior planner for a 900+ member organization for 6 months of fast paced operations, including a non-combatant evacuation exercise, a theoretical problem solving exercise and the organization’s main annual training event.-Authored plans for three major exercises and was commended by the general manager.-Supervised the execution of 36 of associated action items in preparation for major training events.-Always educated the commander about the overall structure of operations, in addition to the organization’s responsibilities, so much so that the general manager knew more than district planners on at least one occasion.-Synchronized the staff during planning efforts so the primary annual training event was executable in a severely restricted time period.

-Acted as an Assistant Operations Manager for a 10,000+ member organization for 27 months of fast paced operations, including 4 Korean theater level combined exercises, 4 operations center exercises conducted within the organization, two enhanced security exercises and 2 non-combatant evacuation exercises.-Authored over 400 Operations and Project Plans, and tracked thousands of individual associated action items.-Subject matter expert for the entire district on the Command Post of the Future (CPOF), software that creates a real time picture of what the organization is doing.-Authored the organization’s manual on how to use CPOF and implemented techniques that are still used within the organization.-Created and instituted an advanced CPOF user training course within my organization and personally trained over 50 of my peers, subordinates and superiors, including the Commanding General and the Chief of Staff.-Maintained the operations picture all times, ensuring that my superiors were always aware of what operations were occurring within the organization across the Korean Peninsula. -Set-up and ran over 100 digital conferences between regional managers and the district manager to ensure everyone in the district headquarters knew what was going on throughout the organization.-Assisted in developing a comprehensive guide to managing information within the organization to combat the high personnel turnover rate.-Received an Army Commendation for my efforts with CPOF and Operations Management.

-Senior supervisor during 9 months of conflict, coordinating logistical requirements for 39 people and over $5,000,000 worth of equipment without any injuries, loss of life or equipment.-Supervised maintenance of 6-8 large armored vehicles and ensured my team maintained a fully operational fleet at all times.-Developed training plans for 2 foreign agencies and conducted dozens of operations with those same agencies in hazardous environments without any injuries, loss of life or equipment.-Successfully ensured the safety of over 20 representatives from the US State Department and 12 senior Army Officers, split between 2 different locations in the Sal a Din province of Iraq.

-Acting as the assistant operations manager for a 3,500 member organization preparing for a combat deployment to Iraq. -Authored nearly 400 Operations and Project Plans and tracked thousands of associated individual action items. -Coordinated and supervised the execution of 20 Mobile Training Teams ensuring that my organization was proficient in the wide range of skills needed for success during its deployment.-Selected to train the Regional Director’s Personal Security Detachment on two occasions before deploying to Iraq and neither the Regional Director or his two Deputy Directors were injured during 12 months of hazardous operations.-Filled slots intended for Majors as a 1st Lieutenant on three occasions: as the senior assistant operations officer for three months, senior night time shift manager during our first large scale simulation exercise and operations center manager at a simulated coordination outpost during the National Training Center rotation. -I developed 2 operational tracking systems during the National Training Center rotation that directly contributed to my organization’s success in Iraq.-I was one of a 5 man lead team who moved into Iraq ahead of the main force to prepare for the arrival and integration of the Tactical Operations Center.
