I'm an outdoorsy person, and my biggest interests are in music-making, backpacking, roadtrips, family, community outreach, and traveling the world. How could camping & wilderness survival skills possibly relate to Corporate America?I am a masters student at the University of Georgia studying Marketing Research. I graduated this past May with a Bachelors in Marketing with a Digital Emphasis with a minor in French Horn Performance. Throughout my life, I've always been complimented on my ability to understand and connect with others. Through the process of becoming an Eagle Scout, I had the opportunity to develop that empathetic skill into a superpower through quickly understanding, pleasing, and leading large groups of teenagers. A trial by fire.I became the Senior Patrol Leader in my Troop and, among other things, brought a lot of its communications efforts into the modern day. I also created and operated a Marketing Club at my high school that helped spread the word about local organizations and events. I helped Kima Condominiums, a small travel business, connect and reach out to customers through the creation and development of a modern website. I was also a semi-finalist in a UGA Digital Marketing Competition for The Home Depot.Today, I am continuously pushing myself forward and developing new skills for anticipating the wants and needs of others, and I am excited to continue my journey here!
