I represent clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including negotiations leading to prenuptial, postnuptial and co-habitation agreements, alimony, child support, and the investigation and litigation of the financial and economic issues related to the dissolution of marriage and co-habitation. My clients include high net worth individuals, professional athletes, entertainers and entrepreneurs.Following law school, I served in the office of the District Attorney of New York County (Manhattan). Since leaving the district attorney’s office, I have limited my practice to family law. I have received the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell (AV) and has been selected as a SuperLawyer in Philadelphia Magazine since the inception of the program, including having been selected as a Top 100 SuperLawyer for both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. Most recently, I was one of ten family law practitioners in the Philadelphia area selected to participate in the Ten Leaders Program, and i am named in Best Lawyers in America. I am a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and am the President of the Pennsylvania Chapter. I also serve on the national level of the AAML as the Co-Chair of the National Test Committee. I am an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, serving as a council member of the Family Law Section, and the Montgomery Bar Association, where I previously served as a director and as the Vice-Chair of the Bench-Bar Committee. I also am a Board member of Boys Town Jerusalem for the Mid-Atlantic region. I have frequently lectured and authored articles on significant and cutting-edge domestic relations and related litigation issues, including as a course planner and moderator for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. With my wife, Sheryl, and our six children, I live in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
