I have been in the computer industry for over 20 years, the computer games industry since 1997, Mobile App Development since 2008 and Mobile Web Based Systems Development since 2012. As a results-oriented strategist and business operations leader, I am involved in all aspects of a company. But more importantly, I am passionate about ideas that solve problems. There is nothing quite like feeling a spark, which happens often, then after going through intense discovery phases, seeing that spark turn into an actual idea that solves a problem. Ideation drives me. But the real joy comes from unfolding the idea through design, workflows, UI, creative, designing business models that show clear monetary results, working through the idea with my team and real people talking, discussing, and developing it into a product. It is also one of the hardest things to do. I love it. The same goes for seeing your passion affect so many people working together to deliver a world class product, where everyone is proud to be a part of it. Team building shows the character of the leader, and my life goal is to have the kind of character and vision that brilliant and motivated people will want to be a part of.All solutions take time and people like me only get so many chances to deliver world class products because of the time constraints of any development cycle. This is why, with everything I build, my heart is in it and the love and passion of my work can be seen embedded throughout every nut and bolt and every individual part of a system. When I am not working, most of my time is devoted to my family and friends, spending time giving back to those who need a helping hand, and I've taught many community ESL classes to those people who want to work and be part of society but just need some help and love learning the English language - all the while encouraging anyone who will listen how we can all make it to the top of our dreams with hard work, strong focus and never giving up.
