Assisted the IT Director in restructuring IT Department, coordinated and managed projects in excess of 3 million dollars, assisted in the design and construction of the new casino and hotel, interacted with Federal, State and Tribal governmental authorities regarding regulations and established internal policies and procedures with in regulatory guidelines, Key achievements:Replaced the primary gaming system at multiple locations simultaneously to a more robust system which met the needs of the enterprise while eliminating any down time Implemented PeopleSoft Enterprise solution for Human Resources, Financials, E-Procurement and other PeopleSoft modules, which streamlined the enterprises workflow enhancing productivity Directed staff of programmers and administrators in the development of various applications which led to accurate reporting of financial information to accounting, analysts, auditors and senior management, These applications also forced compliance with Federal, State and Tribal guidelinesSuccessfully managed multiple enterprise wide projects simultaneously, including RFP's, coordination of resources, scheduling, training, and monitoring projects through completion; while remaining in budgetary constraints.Created programming department in IT which allowed the creation of in-house applications which reduced dependence on vendors and met the needs of the enterprise. Recruited by new MIS Director to help resolve difficult, long-standing database problems and developed robust, secure and advanced network systems and tools to enable various entities to more efficiently managed information and support their multi-faceted activities. Managed vendor relationships with hardware and software providers and developers. Developed RFPs and reviewed submissions.
