My executive career has been spent selling to and building long-term relationships with global Fortune 500 companies. Within the fast-paced mobile, SaaS, and service industries … driving revenue growth and market expansion requires leadership, agility, flexibility, and teamwork. As President and COO of Evolv, I changed broken go-to-market and customer targeting strategies focused on enterprise-level customers to build expertise and credibility. We delivered increases in both customers and revenue growth that created an environment conducive to raising and closing a Series D round of financing.When R4 was acquired by VeriSign at a 220% return to investors, I was retained as its Director of Client Delivery to guide the integration. Following another acquisition and the successful integrations, I was promoted to Vice President of Mobile Messaging to restructure and re-energize a stagnant division. Significant messaging volume growth (3+x) stretched the existing infrastructure, and we created and executed a flawless capital plan that reduced capital spending by $40M while ensuring all critical customers were retained during this fast-growth period.When VeriSign was sold to Syniverse Technologies, I was again retained as Senior Vice President to direct the integration and grow the Messaging business. By setting clear targets, implementing customer acquisition programs, establishing promotional programs, and aligning functional teams, we captured market share of 90% in North America and 75% in South America, drove one-year revenue increases of 40%, and solidified the positioning of Syniverse as a player in the industry.Foundational to my effectiveness as an executive leader is an ability to communicate clearly; align groups, teams, and resources; and develop and lead my team members to achieve corporate objectives.
