As a restructuring advisor, I have helped companies solve deep financial problems. I work very well with legal counsel and other professionals to obtain favorable outcomes both in and out of court. I have served as a court appointed Chief Restructuring Officer.I have met all legal requirements to formally serve in Texas to mediate business disputes. This training helps me actively listen and work objectively to align the interests of adversarial parties, especially where disputes are both unproductive and detrimental to any business and typically, all parties involved.While my experience actively informs me in my work I know that every business has its own set of problems and opportunities. While happy to work to obtain the best solution to a particular goal or objective, I am very good at ascertaining the exact nature of systemic problems and making core-level improvements of lasting benefit.
