• Responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with norms, regulations and industry standards, developing strategies and goals to continually improve processes and product quality and protecting our customers;• Responsible for leading a quality team, providing guidance, training and development of people;• Work closely with other areas such as production, product engineering, process engineering, maintenance, among others to ensure the effective integration of quality standards at all stages of the current product life cycle and new developments;• Analyze quality data, identify trends and provide insights for decision making;• Communicate regularly with the company board and other stakeholders about quality performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Previous Positions: Quality Coordinator / Senior Team Leader / Team Leader / Driver of a Quality Team / Mechanical Process Controller / Quality Checker / Industrial Process Operator / Production Operator.• Manage the quality control team and ensure productivity and efficiency;• Define and implement quality control plans to ensure that the manufacturing processes meet the expectation of customers and the organization;• Develop and implement quality inspection projects to ensure the parts and products meet the required quality standards;• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements;• Work together with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality in all stages in the manufacturing process;• Manage the CXC department, Customer’s Xperience Center / a dealership within the Fiat Automóveis Betim, performing strategic Project management focused on cost reduction, People management and results (80 employees, Brazil and Argentina);• Conduct the strategic plan of implementation of the WCD “World Class Dealer” methodology; • Follow the schedule of the vehicle with diagnosis performing, forecasted and corrective maintenance; Launching of the new products preparation, events, fairs and media presentation, such as Big Brother Brazil, No Limite Program, etc;• Supporting in schedule critical customers and influencers;• Oversee technically Dealer chains in complex problems solving;• Manage the Budget department and performing of the forecast (Around R$700k/Year);• Perform the annual plan of change vehicle fleet at Fiat Automóveis;• Control the localization and maintenance of all fleet of vehicles at Fiat Automóveis, include the armored fleet of the Board, with constant report to the company (Around 800 vehicles); • Develop the team with HR, mapping the technical and behavioral skills.
