Responsibilities:1. Project research. Communicate with corporate donors; find out their expectations and requirements on potential charity projects. Contact various NGOs and charities to design projects to meet the needs and expectations of the donors;2. Project implementation. Conduct field visits to project sites and oversee the donation process. Follow-up visits with professionally written bi-lingual reports;3. External liaison. Maintain good communication with our donors and NGO partners. Such work includes: newsletter design, Photoshop and Indesign projects and video editing;4. Serve as an interpreter for our director during speeches or meetings; translate relevant documents, including donation contracts with our donors and NGO partners, and project reports, etc.Achievements:1. Implement an independent project with Li&Fung Group to provide healthcare supplies for street children in Cambodia and mentally handicapped athletes in Hong Kong;2. Implement Adidas donation of clothing to Qinghai province which assisted rural school children. Managed Marks and Spencer T-shirt donation to over 1000 impoverished farmers and children in earthquake affected areas of Sichuan. I supervised 5 project sites to ensure credibility and documented the donations with photographs and a comprehensive report in English;3. Principal organizer for a charity auction to benefit Heifer International. The auction sales of almost 20,000RMB were donated to Nanjiang County in Sichuan Province to help local communities recover from the heavy floods of July 2011.
