Role Description – In this role I was given an underperforming store with the mandate of turning it into a profitable store that provides high levels of Customer Service.I was responsible for all aspects of the stores operations including community involvement, financial and people management including recruitment and development.Key achievement in role - I took over a failing store and have added over 25% to the turnover of the store in difficult trading conditions and I scored the second highest score for staff satisfaction in South Wales and had an exit survey result that moved my store from 1674 to 77th in the group.

I was the founder of this company and turned it from just a business to business company into an online retailer with operations in Italy and Wales.I was responsible for all aspects of operations including financial, business development, marketing, people management, product ranges, web design, search engine optimisation and new product development including sourcing new product ranges.I set up a company with £800 and built it up to a level where we had prestigious customers such as the MOD and Metropolitan Police and sold a section of the business and built up another part of the business into an international operation.
