Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Workday, Charles led end-to-end global talent acquisition that attracted talent across all lines of business to support the idea that people should be at the center of enterprise software. Key achievements included 12 consecutive quarters of hiring to plan with a strategy that created forward looking talent pipelines that supported 12 month out hiring goals. Introduced a "customer driven" talent experience program that had NPS scores of 60+ for both hired and unhired candidates. Combined multiple dimensions of data into success metrics for all members of the TA organization.

Box is the world leader in enterprise content collaboration. Box is used by the world’s largest enterprises to manage data, share and enable collaboration between employees and business customers. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, Charles was leading a 40+ team responsible for talent acquisition, execution and programs. Major achievements include developing a transformation plan to scale recruitment, develop a strategy to integrate systems and career framework for recruiters to become strategic consultants to the business.

Acquired by SAP in 2014, Concur is known for it's disruptive Developer & Services Platform, Tripit and Triplink products that has brought the travel & expense supplier and consumer together. Concur is leading and shaping the way the cloud works.Reporting to the SVP, Global Human Resources, Charles was leading a team of 50+ professionals responsible for HR Operations, Sales HR (interim 2014), and Talent Acquisition across all regions. (Americas, EMEA, APAC)Major achievements include building the Executive Talent function, implementing data analytics and leveraging data to form talent feedback loops to ensure each hire is the right hire to help Concur succeed.

Taylor Abbott Associates is a leading executive search firm in Hong Kong serving the investment banking industry throughout Asia Pacific and Japan.Reporting to the Managing Director, Charles developed research content, candidate management system and supported client operations.
