Motivational Leadership at its best. As General Manager, I am the central liaison for Stakeholders, Human Resources, Employees, Clients, Vendors, and Facilities. I am responsible for creating schedules, tracking KPIs, boosting retail and membership growth, meeting target metrics, risk mitigation, and establishing objectives and key results. I am at the helm of interviewing new talent and promoting from within as well as placing accountability and concluding employment. Being fascinated by personal expansion and the growth of my peers, colleagues, and all members of the workforce makes the next responsibility my favorite! I am charged with the duty of being a motivator. My passion for sales, sales training, and motivation earned me a highlighted recognition article in the "Weekly Wash" the company-wide news publication.

For over a decade I owned and operated a moving company in the Atlanta area. During my moving career, I provided Commercial, Residential, and Senior Assisted Living Community moving services. This endeavor involved providing in-home estimates, not only to quote pricing but more importantly to gauge the logistical and emotional needs of my potential clients and build a lasting rapport to ensure that they were confident that they would be well taken care of during the transition. This turned out to be one of my favorite hats of the many that I wore as an Owner/ Operator because during these pre-move meetings, I really could get a feel for clients and their families which was very rewarding especially after all of the dust had settled and they were comfortably set up in their new residences. I was in charge of driving sales, hiring and managing new and existing talent, scheduling, equipment maintenance, rolling out new promotions, tracking KPIs, monitoring metrics, vendor relations, client relations, and all logistical planning.

Performed in a highly collaborative environment helping retirees protect their futures with services and products designed to safeguard retirement. As an agent, I worked autonomously to initiate contact with potential clients via warm and cold calls to build rapport. Next, I would coordinate face-to-face meetings and actively listen to uncover the client's needs. I would then introduce the proven brand to ensure the best coverage options as well as maintain open communication with clients to field any questions or concerns.

As a floor manager for West Corporation, I managed over forty call center customer service representatives. My daily activities included operations management, performance optimization, training, and mentoring staff, monitoring performance metrics, handling escalations, daily team standup meetings, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates and supports the sales team while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

As Project Manager with Bald Industries, I managed complex supply chain operations, ensured compliance, and delivered projects on time and within budget. Leading cross-functional sales teams to deliver procurement projects for military clients, from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
