I am interested in opportunities within Protein Analytics. At CuriRx. I have been involved in a number of external projects. They have primarily consisted of analytical method development and formulation development. I have used HPLC (HIC, RP, CIEX and SEC) to track proteins at various stages of formulation development. In addition, SDS-PAGE and light scattering techniques have been used to optimize stability conditions for both liquid and lyophilized products. I have been involved in early buffer optimization and final product development and characterization, including long-term stability studies. As a scientist at AbbVie, I investigated the properties of monoclonal antibodies, primarily in support of the Cell Culture groups. It required the analysis of over 1600 samples to evaluate AOR (Acceptable Operating Range) using some of the following techniques: SEC, CE-SDS, and glycan analysis by 2-AB labeling with HPLC.At Schering and Merck, I had many opportunities to develop analytical techniques to support different research groups. I collaborated closely with protein scientists, crystallographers, medicinal chemists, and enzymologists to successfully introduce techniques to meet their needs. I managed multiple instruments (N-terminal protein sequencer, ITC, DSC, CD, HPLC/MS, GLpKa, robotics, PCR, nephelometer) which included purchase, maintenance, training, and research projects. I frequently met the challenges of supporting multiple programs with specific research projects on a regular basis using a variety of techniques.
