I led an initiative to bring Relativity through KPMG’s security and risk review process, established two large on-premises estates in our Montvale, NJ and Dallas, TX data centers, led initiative to bring RelativityOne SaaS cloud offering through KPMG’s security and risk review processes. As a result, technology supporting the eDiscovery practice has matured and transformed from proprietary on-premises to cloud-based commercial solutions.KPMG’s Forensic practice was engaged to conduct assessments of Manual Journal Entry (MJE) records as a responsibility of Forensic in the Audit. Many assessments were required within a 4-month window, but data formats, analytics, and reporting were fragmented. I led a development initiative to standardize and productize these analytics into the “KDAT” product resulting in the adoption of a globally consistent approach for conducting MJE analytics which was expanded to include Travel & Entertainment and Procure to Pay modules.Customers of KPMG’s client facing software products required a differentiated experience for service desk, incident management, and problem management but the capability was centralized and internally facing. I led an initiative to establish a client-facing service desk and L1-L3 support teams on the Service Now platform. As a result, drove customer satisfaction by maintaining a 90% resolution time target SLO for critical and severe tickets.
