**Engaged as Interim CIO at private medical practice to ensure delivery of critical software product that is a key component supporting the aggressive growth strategy, to stabilize the Infrastructure and plan the build out of a datacenter enabling sufficient scalability and security, and to hire key management positions needed to manage both Software Engineering and Infrastructure functions. **Vice President Enterprise Architecture where he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CIO of Alliance Data, a $1.2 billion financial services company, where he established an architecture governance function defining principles and standards to improve the Enterprise Infrastructure operational efficiency. Established the Enterprise PMO based on PMI best practices, defined a PMO maturity curve that enabled the delivery of basic, essential and advanced capabilities including a portfolio management governance framework that provided data and facts to the Senior Leadership Team for improved investment decision making. **Managed $15 million capital budget to upgrade two data center mainframes, upgrade the SAN Storage Fabric, and upgrade the network infrastructure in support of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.

Converted and migrated $720 million in annual account revenue.**Interim Director reporting to the VP of Sabre, Inc where he led the USAirways outsourcing engagement that migrated all Flight Operations and Crew Scheduling applications to the Sabre software suite.
