With 25 years of industry and executive search experience, he works with a diverse group of clients, comprised of global corporations, growth companies, and investor-backed enterprises. He has held a number of internal roles, including serving as the Global Lead of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, leader of the Asia Pacific and Middle East Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice and as Partner in Charge of Singapore and as Chairman of the Global Quality Council.His consulting experience included projects in reward and remuneration, career management and coaching. He is a qualified psychometric assessor, and regularly advises clients on issues around, succession planning, assessment & diversity. His early commercial career has also included general management and sales and marketing roles in the professional publishing world.As a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Charles completed his five-year commissioned service which focused on training, assessment and leadership development.
