● Observe work crews while performing routine and tasks for safe work habits and procedures.● Apache EHS Representative’s top priority is the safety of personnel at the worksite. Participated in job safety analysis discussion, safety meetings, and engage site personnel in these activities. Responsible for capturing and scanning all job site Behavior Based Safety Observations and any applicable SEMS document outlined on the attached Documentation and Recordkeeping● Perform periodic audits of task performance and JSA adherence and document same on safety observations. Assist contractor rep in performing periodic inspections of the site to ensure compliance with BSEE directives to include SEMS requirements. Address any compliance issues and confirm or employ measures to ensure that SEMS and/or all applicable laws are followed.● Post all necessary files, permits, JSAs, as well as any other pertinent information in the company portal daily to ensure upper management has proper access to the daily events and documentation.● Supervise or assist operators and contractor personnel in all areas of HSE awareness, documentation, and adherence to operator and governing body policies.● Manage incident occurrences whether personnel oriented or equipment damage assessment; ensure that all medical evaluations as well as upper echelon care is administered within the proper protocols established with the client, Apache Inc.● Ensured that all personnel arriving at the worksite met Apache’s minimum contractor training requirements. Also ensured the training requirements are met by printing out the individual’s ISN training qualification report and compares the reports to Personnel on Board muster lists.
