KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Quality inspection of the manufactured stainless steel pipes,schedule pipes,silencer pipes for automobiles; ie: both visual inspection and dimensional inspection.• Supervising the production works to ensure that the quality parameters are strictly maintained.• Shouldering the responsibility of commissioning and erection works.• Preparation of daily work and production reports.• Resolving the technical issues in various departments.• Scheduling the work to the employers and maintaining a safe and good working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Create design activities of various machines and machine parts using AutoCAD and Solidworks.• Making welding programme using Fanuc robot arc mate.• Scheduling and supervising the manufacturing processes.• Installation and maintenance of machineries in the work sites.• Preparation of daily work and production reports.• Updating of stock records regularly.
