My role involves management and responsibility for a team of 7, including carrying individual targets for each Account Manager, my own personal target, as well as an overall team target. I report directly to the Business Directors/Owners and the ability to provide regular and detailed business performance reports and data is a vital part of the role. I also sit on the Senior Leadership Team for the business in which we regularly meet to discuss business performance, strategy and goals for the current and upcoming financial years.

A short-term placement with the main responsibility of updating, cleansing and revising the company CRM database. This was a significant project that Banktech had identified as a priority to enable more streamlined business processes for the company moving forwards.

I completed a short-term consultancy project for members of the downstream terminal office to help further my experience as well as providing full-time employees with an external perspective. The project involved shadowing managers from various parts of the business before presenting back to them on my observations, perspectives and thoughts moving forwards.

Shadowing with various teams across the organisation provided me with a good insight into the operations and practices of a major corporation and FTSE 100 Office. Attending a sales partnership conference day enabled me to further my experience of the sales and marketing processes.

During my studies at University, I fulfilled a voluntary placement with The Children's Foundation. Despite exposure to various tasks, my main role was to create and develop funding applications for various major UK-based Trust Funds. My most successful application provided the charity with a £60,000 grant over 3 years, helping to fund the charities child protection project, "Whoops!".
