As IT Manager I lead projects with all other areas like: enrollment and registration, marketing, financial and accounting. One of those projects was the development of the new enrollment system. The system was responsible to reduce registration time, improve information to online registration at Senac website and bring accuracy for marketing information and to other areas. The online system interface with the financial área and with the accounting system was the key to know better the clients and provide better services. Working at enviroments with all kind of complexity, brought to me a wide and open view to manage people, resource, time and budget to accomplish goals.
