Charles assists with local and national real estate strategy and execution for both privately and publicly held distribution, manufacturing, and 3PL clients. Charles’ superior work ethic, competitiveness, and dedication have quickly proven to be valuable assets to Stream Realty, and propelled him to be a top producing broker in the company within his first two years of tenure. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Charles began his Commercial Real Estate career in 2018 on the heels of a ten-year professional baseball career in which he reached the Major League level with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cleveland Indians. Charles attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he was a three-year Baseball Letterman prior to being selected in the 2009 Major League Draft.During his tenure with Stream Realty Partners, Charles has represented Occupier clients in more than 8 million square feet in transactions across North America.
