Best Choice Realty is a dynamic real estate company founded by seasoned realtor Rachelle Willhite and powered by an ambitious group of real estate professionals. In less than three years the company has grown to include 100 brokers; I am the 100th. My wife, and life partner, has joined me in this venture. Her education (Industrial Engineering and MBA) and years of executive level management experience will help propel our efforts to even higher levels of service. This year, 2015, we look forward to continued expansion of our professional network and more exciting projects with our rapidly multiplying roster of highly motivated clients. At Huletz, I worked to develop a network of professional alliances and to construct and maintain genuine and mutually beneficial client relationships with anyone interested in discussing, buying, selling, or investing in real estate. I strove to understand market dynamics, nuances, and value. I was highly focused on providing exceptional real estate services to each and every one of my clients. I am grateful to Mary Huletz for her mentoring and enthusiastic encouragement in pursuing my profession.

Ultimately, in this series of positions, I managed $10mm of public funds and 30 to 50 employees in the operation and maintenance of public utility and transportation systems. For five years I was a board member of the $270mm Municipal Employees Benefit Trust. For more than a decade, I was responsible for the development and execution of the department's Annual Plan and for maintenance and execution of the department's Emergency Response Program.

For several years, I had the pleasure to host a live call-in radio program discussing personal, social, political, and religious issues of the day. Very rewarding.
